With a contract period of 18 months, using the Port of Napier, CLL provided services and facilitated importation of DIATOMACEOUS EARTH for municipal pool operators for several Central North Island Local Government entities.

Set up and manage a 4PL type operation to manage a perishable importer’s supply chain from Australia into Foodstuffs-Wellington NZ.
Acted on Tolls behalf in dealings with NZFSA/MPI. Then scoped a project for international supply chain improvement implications to be initiated by Tranzlink. Negotiated with NZFSA on a position response to EU regulators concerns with the domestic transportation of NZ meat product for export.
Examined the optimal fleet and vehicle configurations for the collection of raw milk product (900 trucks and trailers).
